Client of The Month
This month we are proud to award Client-of-the-Month to Amy B. Amy is an excellent example of someone who has made the choice to make a positive change and is doing everything she can to reach her goals. Her results in her short time at NexGen have been pretty incredible.
Amy was able to lose 15 pounds and decrease her body fat percentage by 5.5%! With these numbers dropping she saw herself shrink a whopping 15.5 inches! Amy also had increases in strength-pushing out 12 more pushups – and flexibility – increasing by an amazing 2.75 inches!
Congrats Amy on your results so far. We know that you are only getting started and that with continued commitment you will make great strides. Keep up the hard work!
