Rachael has been a sports and fitness enthusiast her entire life. Playing various sports at an early age, it was her commitment to ice hockey that led her to be recruited to play NCAA women’s ice hockey in New Hampshire, where she studied nutrition and athletic training. Rachael is certified by NCSF with 5 years of personal training experience, as well as experience training athletes and coaching youth ice hockey. Rachael enjoys everything about personal training and excels at customizing a plan to help everyone, no matter their age or ability, achieve their health and fitness goals. “This is truly my life passion!”
Quentin Bunch

Quentin’s fitness journey is nothing short of an inspiring story. He was 315 lbs and in just a year and a half he has lost over 100 lbs and sculpted his body into great shape. Quentin is ISSA Certified and has almost 5 years of experience in fitness, health, and wellness. He has played a numerous amount of sports. He has played basketball, football, soccer, and baseball so he has experience from training with athletes to training with people who are just wanting to get into fitness. Quentin’s goal is to motivate and inspire others to start a fitness journey as well.
Erika Atkinson

Certified Personal Trainer
Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho with a minor in Nutrition. She is also a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is working towards more certifications with them. Her passion for exercise and nutrition began 6 years ago while searching for an outlet for anxiety and stress, which led to becoming a long distance runner. She taught group fitness classes for a year and went on to pursue personal training as a career. Erika believes exercise is a necessary part to our overall health and wants to make it enjoyable and rewarding for every client that walks through the door.
Peyton Groves

Peyton’s life has always been centered around sports and fitness. She competed in various sports until finding her love for running. She continued her athletic career all the through college in Arkansas. She competed in the 1600 meter, 3200 meter, 5k and cross country. Although she has reached the end of her personal competition days, you can still find her on the track coaching her club team in Frisco. Peyton loves building a connection with clients and helping them find joy in being active. Peyton uses her background as a life long athlete to her advantage when building programs and training to help you reach your goals.
