    Certified Personal Trainer

Rainia has essentially always been into fitness, and that came from her growing up playing both soccer and basketball in her youth. She actually began her personal training journey as a teen when she set out to help her brother transform his body and boost his confidence. As she witnessed the changes they were able to make together, she knew personal training was a calling for her and something she would pursue. Having the ability to watch each client progress and grow in their fitness journey is not only rewarding to Rania as a trainer, but adds fuel to her passion for fitness overall. She looks forward to working everyday to help clients reach the goals they have.

    Trey Martinson

    Certified Personal Trainer

Growing up as an athlete, Trey became acquainted with being in the gym throughout his entire youth. Whether it was performance training for varsity tennis, regular practice, or crushing a 2-a- day session for football, Trey realized there are few greater feelings than the sense of accomplishment you receive with working out. Those moments are what inspired him to become a certified personal trainer through ACE, with the goal to be able to bring someone else that same enjoyment and feeling of accomplishment after crushing a workout as he was able to experience. He believes everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves if they are willing to put in the work and be consistent.
