Adam, a surgeon with a busy practice, needed flexible hours and educated trainers who could work to help him regain strength and flexibility without aggravating a prior back injury. “The private workout rooms, make it a lot more efficient to work out here,” he said. “You’re not standing around waiting for someone to get off a machine, you can get more done in less time. They are very good about giving feedback and communicate with you about your progress.
