Well school is officially back in session. For some that means the kids are out of your hair and you finally feel like you can relax. For others it means travel season is winding down, or has come to an end for the next few months until the holidays. Unfortunately for others it means having to leave earlier to make up for the school zones! So what’s the excuse now? What is keeping you from working out and getting your cardio? What’s the reasoning behind your poor diet? The sad truth is that while summer served as our excuse before, now that it’s over many are finding new excuses. Our challenge to you is to dedicate yourself to making this month an EXCUSE-FREE month. Workout hard, give up the junk food, and go for a jog or walk. You won’t regret it! 


Remember we must make time to get healthy or eventually we will find time to be sick.
