Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho with a minor in Nutrition. She is also a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is working towards more certifications with them. Her passion for exercise and nutrition began 6 years ago while searching for an outlet for anxiety and stress, which led to becoming a long distance runner. She taught group fitness classes for a year and went on to pursue personal training as a career. Erika believes exercise is a necessary part to our overall health and wants to make it enjoyable and rewarding for every client that walks through the door.
