Matt grew up playing any sport he could fit into his schedule. Eventually, his passion for both swimming and lacrosse rose to the top, and he was privileged to participate in both at the collegiate level. He also fell in love with running and started suffering through ultramarathons throughout college and his early 20s. Matt began his fitness career in college, coaching high school sports teams and writing exercise programs for athletics programs. A 10 year veteran of the fitness industry with a certification from NASM, Matt believes in living a balanced, healthy lifestyle with fitness goals that are motivating, achievable, and sustainable. He strives to live that practice out daily as well as inspire his clients to do the same.
