Michael was introduced to fitness at an early age playing competitive sports year-round since he was 7. He continued playing football and running track throughout high school. After graduating he still needed to have physical activity and competition in his life. This led to him to his interest in weight training and bodybuilding. With this focus and dedication to improving, it caused his love and passion for fitness grow exponentially. He wants to learn as much as he possibly can and loves to research different training and diet strategies. He graduated from the University of Colorado- Denver in 2020 and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. He loves working with clients with a wide variety of goals and wants to help them implement strategies to achieve them. His main goal is to help clients develop a love for health and fitness.
